Jeffrey Alan Bowersox - Trial Lawyer since 1981. Mr. Bowersox received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Albion College, in Albion, Michigan, after attending the Saint Clair County Community College, the University of Michigan, and Albion College. Mr. Bowersox attended the Willamette University College of Law, located in Salem, Oregon and was graduated from the College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1981.

Since the beginning of his legal career, Mr. Bowersox has represented exclusively plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, product liability, premises liability and professional malpractice. Mr. Bowersox has represented individual plaintiffs and large groups of plaintiffs in commercial litigation against companies for fraud, and attempted "squeeze-outs" of minority shareholders. Mr. Bowersox and his firms have represented plaintiff's in personal injury and commerical injury cases against companies such as Union Oil Company of California ("UNOCAL"), AH Robins (now American Home Products), Ford Motor Company, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Honda Motor Company, Ltd., Medical Engineering Corporation, United States National Bank of Oregon (US Bank), Far West Federal Bank, the Resolution Trust Corporation, Showa Denko, STRATO-LIFT, Inc., SD Deacon Construction, Henkles & McCoy, Inc., U.S. Sprint Communications Company, Ltd. Partnership, the State of Oregon, the State of Washington, the United States of America, Allstate Insurance, Farmers Insurance, State Farm Insurance, Progressive Insurance, SAFECO Insurance and many other major insurance companies.

Mr. Bowersox was the attorney for plaintiff's in the only case in the United States where each of 25 plaintiffs were awarded $125,000.00 in punitive damages ($3.125 million total) before trial, as the result of a motion filed and won by Mr. Bowersox against a major oil company.

Mr. Bowersox has fought and won for his clients against national and international corporations and insurance companies on issues as diverse as automobile and truck collisions to wrongful death claims to environmental contamination cases.
